Our role will be to act as your Project Manager throughout the remaining stages of the project and provide
a single point of contact for all matters relating to the construction of the project.
Project Management
Develop and review project strategy
Prepare regular written reports covering all aspects of project progress with appropriate summaries and recommendations for each of the project stages
Monitor progress against project schedules and propose corrective action to recover delays when necessary
Reviewing and managing project risks during the entire project
Advise on the need for & scope of services of any additional consultants that may be required
Advise the client on performance & activities of contractors at all times
Manage all contractor requests for information and ensure they are properly addressed by the consultants
Organization
Mobilize contractors to the project requirements
Manage the shop drawing and materials approval process, to ensure that submissions are produced in line with the construction program, and the Design team approval is provided to all submissions prior to commencement of works onsite.
Quality Management
Manage inspections for construction works and accept records and issue nonconformity
Coordinate all necessary material samples from contractors for approval by the client
Undertake weekly progress measurement and reports and chair weekly contractor meetings
Provide the legal supervision sign-off for the works
Documentation
Maintain records & copies of all documents received and issued in connection with the project
Prepare and manage all documents of statutory approvals
